After the server update this Wednesday, Season 3, Episode 1 will be arriving on PTS on Thursday, July 29, 2010. There will be an additional maintenance for the PTS server on Thursday, beginning at 11am Pacific / 1pm Central / 2pm Eastern / 6pm GMT. Estimated downtime is approximately 4 hours.
The Experience Giver will again be located in Gludio. Candles of Reminiscence will be available for sale from Luth in Gludio, and at the shop at the Desert Oasis for chaotic characters.

Nyx and Jetzen will be on PTS on Thursday to answer questions and help people get started. Since the Experience Giver will be back we will NOT (repeat NOT) be handing out items. We will be busy answering questions, taking notes on bugs, etc. We will not have time to grant specific requests for items.
Our primary focus right now is on the new classes and the revamped newbie quest, so we would like you to start from scratch anyway
