【深秋の-美版天堂新聞】Account Reactivations!

We will be reactivating all accounts in good standing on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 and continuing through until Wednesday, November 24, 2010. We have made some great changes and improvements to Lineage and we want everyone, including our previous subscribers to know about them!


We will be turning on the reactivations on November 10, 2010 during normal weekly maintenance. When the servers come back up at 5pm Pacific / 7pm Central / 8pm Eastern / 1am GMT, all inactive accounts in good standing will be reactivated for 2 weeks! This reactivation coincides with our new content update Tikal+Antharas!

Newsletters will go out on November 10 to let everyone know about the new content update and the reactivations. A podcast from the current Lineage team will also be made available that day! Spread the word to all your friends that now is a great time to come back to Lineage!


 

My account was inactive. What do I have to do in order to play for this two weeks?

All you have to do is login! It's that simple. Your account has automatically been turned on.
If you still have Lineage on your computer, simply launch the program. It will patch all of the new files and then you can login with your existing user name and password. The patch is very large, so it may take awhile to get all of the new files, but once you do you are ready to go!
If you have uninstalled Lineage, you can download the game from here. It is a big download, so it may take awhile. If you have difficulty getting it to download (connection times out, etc) we recommend using GetRight to help you download it.
I forgot my login info. How can I get it back?

You can reset your Lineage password from your NCsoft master account. Click here to go to the login page for your master account.
There is a link on the master account login screen if you have forgotten your password. Use this to easily reset your password and have it emailed to the email registered on your master account.
If you are unable to reset your password with this link, or you no longer have access to that email account, our support department will assist you in getting your account information back. Click here to request help. If you are asking for help with your login, choose Account Support as the Department on this form.
In order to protect the security of your account and the information attached to it, support will ask you to verify that the account is yours before releasing the login information to you. They will send you a list of questions related to the account for you to answer.
Don't be intimidated by how many questions there are! We don't expect that you will know all of the answers! Simply fill in as many answers as you can and send it back. All of this refers to the original information that was used to set up the account.

If you have a Lineage account that has not been active since before 2005, your account has not been integrated into our current billing system. Please click here to read information about this and to request assistance in getting your account correctly integrated.

I know all of my login info but I'm having trouble installing or running the game.

Our Tech Support staff is here to help. We have made some major improvements for Lineage in terms of compatibility with different operating systems. Our Tech Support staff will ask you some basic questions about your computer, your operating system, and your specific problem so that they can pinpoint how best to help you.

I need help!

There are lots of options! When the accounts were reactivated, any forum account that was associated with your game account was also reactivated. If you did not have a forum account previously, you should create one now! Click here to visit the forums and chat with others about Lineage!
