Halloween is here and we will be celebrating with an extended two week event! Beginning on October 27 after normal Wednesday maintenance and continuing until November 10 until normal Wednesday maintenance, the Halloween event will be in full-swing. Here are the details!
What Happened?
A group of traveling merchants has arrived in Gludio. An area called Witch Village has been overrun by evil monsters, and these merchants need your help. The evil monsters such as witches, vampires, and zombies are capturing innocent souls and refusing to allow them to rest. The witches have also kidnapped some children. The children are now wandering lost in the Witch Village. The children's parents beg for your help! Rescue the children and free the souls from the evil monsters for rewards!
What do I do?
You must kill the monsters in Witch Village and collect the souls. Bring the souls back to the Old Halloween Shoppe vendor to purchase rewards! When you find a lost child in the Witch Village, if you lead them back to the entrance they will thank you by giving you a Candy Basket.
What are the rewards?
There are many temporary Halloween-themed items that are rewards. These weapons, armor, and polymorphs are only for use during the event. There is also a quest that will give you a permanent reward. The mother of a kidnapped child asks you to bring her 2000 souls. When you do, she will reward you with a Spartoi Doll (Damage Reduction +3). This a brand new doll and only available during the event. Once you earn a doll, it is yours to keep even after the event is over. Each character can only earn one doll. Characters below level 45 are not eligible to receive a doll.

These items are only available for use during the Halloween event. They will disappear from inventory on November 10 during maintenance.
Polymorph masks available include Angel of Death Mask, Vampire Mask, Witch Mask, Pumpkin Mask, and Black Cat Mask. When equipped, the masks allow you to use these polymorphs throughout the duration of the event. The pumpkin mask also allows you to see hidden monsters on the event map.
The Pumpkin Pies and the Pumpkin Masks are event items, but you will get to keep any pies you earn for use after the event is over.You will also get to keep the Pumpkin Mask if you enchant it to +7 or higher (it is safe to +4). If you do not enchant it to +7 or higher, it will be removed with the rest of the masks on November 10.
